Your First Day: A detailed conversation to get to know the history of the problem as well as any information to guide treatment (lifestyle habits, recreational hobbies, goals).  A whole-body evaluation to find the root cause of the problem as well as the underlying contributing factors. Education regarding findings and collaboration to establish a plan fit for your needs and goals. Depending on the findings from session #1 your PT Will work with you to establish the best plan for your course of treatment.
