WHO ARE OUR CLIENTS?
Everyone and anyone, that's who! Of course, we have many clients who are recovering from a new or chronic injury and need to find a way to stay active while rehabbing. Our other clients consist of any active or aspirationally active human who wants to find strength and confidence in their physical abilities and needs a little extra support to get there. Basically, we see clients on every part of the spectrum, from an injury to targeted interventions, to a focus on mobility and strength. We believe that if you have a body, then you are an ATHLETE!

Our clients come to us with unique needs, varying goals, and different levels of experience as it relates to physical therapy. Yet, the commonality among all of our clients is that they have a body and are motivated to utilize it in a way that will improve their life.

Physical therapy is often thought of as something to do when you get injured or have pain that will not resolve. But, we want you to know that coming to OMPT is SO much more than that. Yes, of course, we are here to help you rehab an injury or to treat pain, but we are also here to motivate and support you based on your personal goals. When you come to OMPT, we come up with a plan based on your stated goals, and each session will we spend quality time together talking through your successes, your setbacks, and discussing the evolution of your goals. You may initially come in with specific goals, but over time you may adjust those goals based on your progress or you may just want to pivot altogether based on the season of your life. At OMPT we are flexible and responsive and strive to help you live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Experience the therapeutic practice of a guided forest bathing walk among lodgepole and ponderosa pines along the Deschutes River in La Pine State Park. Awaken the senses, relieve stress, quiet the mental chatter, and experience the restorative qualities of nature with a slow, meditative walk.
Forest bathing is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, which translates to “forest bath” and just means to take in the atmosphere of the forest (no literal bathing required!). It is a practice of spending time in forested areas for the purpose of enhancing health, wellness, and happiness.
