As you embark on your summer adventures and activities, there is no better time to prioritize taking care of your body! Whether you have a trouble area that has recently developed, a nagging injury that won’t seem to resolve, or you have a goal in mind for an upcoming activity; we are here to help!

While the “Get to know OMPT better” series emphasized aspects of our philosophy, and techniques, along with providing practical examples of what we do, our hope is that you recognized that we treat a range of individuals for many reasons. Often, people think of physical therapy as something to consider if they recently acquired an injury and hope to find relief or if they underwent surgery and are required to attend for rehabilitation purposes. Yet, there are so many other reasons to see us! We want you to know that you can reach out to us for a variety of reasons:
You have physical or fitness-related goals you would like to achieve
You’d like to add strength training into your daily routine and don’t know where to start
An area of your body seems to be acting up
You participate in an activity and it causes acute issues as a result
You’d like to assess your mobility and receive guidance on how to improve your daily movements
You have an active trip coming up and you would like to prepare yourself for the adventure
You have signed up for a race, and would like to complement your training
You’ve never been to a PT before, but you’d like to address some minor irritations and learn how you can benefit
The list goes on and on and the possibilities for why you may come to see us are endless. We want you to know that we can help with a variety of things, and if for some reason we feel like another type of provider may be more helpful for you, we will happily help you find a trusted provider in our community. What matters most to us is that you find the best way to become the healthiest and happiest version of yourself and engage in all activities and daily movements with ease.
